Maison 225 is a large elegant townhouse built in 1888, sympathetically renovated to provide all modern comforts. It is less than 500 metres walk from the main square and town centre of Prades.

All bedrooms are large with en-suite shower room and toilet, and have lovely views of Mount Canigou and the garden to the rear. The terrace suite has a sitting room and large balcony. Each bedroom has TV and the house is Wi-Fi enabled.

There is private, secure parking to the rear of the garden for all guests.

The mature garden is beautifully planted with trees, shrubs and flowers and is yours to enjoy. Whether you seek sun or shade, you will find a quiet place to relax.

In summer you can have breakfast on the shaded patio, returning later in the evening perhaps to have a glass of wine.

For breakfast we offer fruit juice, tea, coffee or hot chocolate, yogurt, fruit, croissants and fresh baguette. The jams and honey are all from the area.
There are free tea and coffe-making facilities in the dining-room, also a fridge and microwave for your use.

Our aim is to make you as welcome and comfortable as possible, so whether you need an iron, a hairdryer, somewhere to store your sporting equipment or advice on where to get a fishing permit, we will do our best to meet your needs.
